Mr. Prasad Subbanna is a Practicing Advocate both in the trial court and High Court of Karnataka with more than 33 years’ experience in the area of civil litigation which includes Service matters, property, family disputes, money recovery, matrimonial and consumer redressal. Mr. Prasad Subbanna has done B.A. (Hons.) (English Literature & Psychology) from the University of Bombay and LLB from the University of Bombay. He is a “Certified Mediator” by ISDLS, San Francisco in association with High Court of Karnataka and “Certified Commercial Mediator” by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services), USA. Co-ordinator for Bangalore Mediation Centre and empanelled as a Master Trainer by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) initiated by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Panel Advocate- Karnataka State Legal Services Authority. He is also a panel advocate for various Co-operative Banks and also stands as an advisor for PropSeva.
